Learning Outcomes
You will be able to understand Tajweed rules, and also use them fluently as you recite the Quran. InshaAllah.
Here's what you will learn step by step:
Arabic Letters & Pronunciation
We'll start simple: just getting to know the Arabic letters — what they look like, how they sound, and how your mouth moves when you say them. Some letters? Totally new if you're coming from English — like ع, ص, ط, or ض. They've got their own flavor. You might not get them right away — and that's completely fine. This part of the journey is more about tuning your ear and loosening your tongue than rushing. Bit by bit, it clicks.
Reading & Joining Letters
Next, you will discover how letters change when they connect — and how to read full words smoothly. This sets the foundation for fluent recitation.
Introduction to Tajweed
Tajweed brings flow and beauty to every word. You will start applying key rules like stretching, stopping, and nasal sounds — without feeling overwhelmed.
Practice with Short Surahs
Together, we will practice well-known short surahs like:
Each step brings you closer to reciting the Quran with confidence and beauty. Take your time — you're exactly where you need to be.
