A few things you may want to know.
Can I really take just one class each week?
Yes. Choose the one-day plan if that is what your routine allows. We can discuss a more frequent schedule whenever you are ready.
How do the two free trial classes work?
Contact us with the learner’s age, current level, time zone and preferred times. We’ll arrange two live trial lessons and discuss the next step afterwards.
Are 45- and 60-minute lessons available for children?
They can be, depending on the child’s age, attention and learning goals. We can suggest an appropriate length after meeting the learner.
How many lessons are included each month?
The plan cards show the monthly lesson allocation for each weekly schedule. We’ll confirm the exact class dates and how any additional calendar-week lessons are handled before enrolment.
Are these live one-to-one classes?
Yes. The tutor teaches the learner live, listens to their reading and gives individual corrections during the lesson.
Can I request a female or male tutor?
Tell us your preference and availability when you contact us. We’ll discuss a suitable tutor and time.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
Please let us know as early as you can. We’ll explain the applicable rescheduling arrangement and confirm how that lesson is handled.
How can I pay?
We’ll confirm your payment currency and final amount before enrolment. Payment can be arranged through Wise, Taptap, Remitly or bank transfer.
